Our Story

Why We Started Kalichi

We built this company after working on our own land and seeing firsthand how hard it was to find someone who did the job right and treated your property with respect.

We decided to be that company. Kalichi was founded in 2025 in Columbia, Tennessee with a simple idea: do the work right, be honest about the price, and show up when you say you will.

Today we run a team of about 10, serving all of Middle Tennessee with skid steer services, land clearing, concrete work, and tree services. Every job is supervised by Mike or Lakin personally.
